Anime Radio Station A friend of mine had set up his own radio station using SHOUTCAST technology.. it's still relatively new, but he have a staggering 2000++ mp3 in the server.. and thats include some Guilty Gear soundtracks (I uploaded 'em myself heh...). Guilty Gear Isuka Sammy announced Guilty Gear Isuka for its new arcade system Atomiswave-Net, this is the official name for the 4 player version of Guilty Gear. The game allows up to 4 players to battle simultaneously. Players can fight individually or in teams. Guilty Gear Isuka will use a new dual plane system, which allows players to fight on two lines, one on the foreground and one on the background. You can switch between the two planes at any time, it is possible to thrust opponents to the other plane. Due to the multiplayer nature, the characters will not automatically change his/her facing direction, you need to change manually.
Though Arc System Works is waiting to show its next Guilty Gear title at the upcoming AM Show in Tokyo this September, arcade operators have begun receiving advance solicitations with details on the new game. Currently entitled Guilty Gear DX, it's apparently to feature four-player simultaneous tag battles, despite the limitations of Sammy's Atomiswave hardware.
As hinted recently by Arc, the game will also include a magnetic card system for saving player data, along the lines of Sega's VF.NET system. It's due for wide release in Japan by the end of the year, with location tests beginning concurrently with its debut at the AM Show in September.

Damn!! Guilty Gear Sound Alive OST on IRC ?? This is the latest info I heard on Gamecombos Forums. Beast of Fire uploaded them a few days ago. If it is still available on the irc server, it should be on #Efnet channel #gamecombos. I haven't download them yet (56kbps connection lame), so I can't comment on any of the OST, but from what I have heard so far, they're pretty badass.
Guilty Gear #Reload gonna be on PS2 soon! from Gamespot Sammy will bring the latest iteration of its fighting game series to the PlayStation 2 in Japan.
Online retailer NCS has revealed that Sammy will be releasing Guilty Gear XX Reload in Japan on the PlayStation 2. The home version will feature all the additions to the series featured in the arcade version released a few months ago, including the new character Robo-Ky. The PS2 version will also include all the balancing and tweaks made to the preexisting cast of characters.
Guilty Gear XX Reload is scheduled for release in Japan this July. For more information, check out our coverage of the arcade version of the game.
Hopefully they tweak #Reload and mend its broken-ness. I heard it's pretty unbalance compared to ggxx. Can't wait to play Robo-Ky and the newly-refined Johnny!

It was apparently originally supposed to be a game which used (ugly, ugly) pre-rendered polygon sprites, and it's a good thing the game was changed to the hand drawn sprites that we're used to seeing.

Since when guilty gear popularity shoots up?? Lately, the guilty gear x2 board at gamefaqs turned lively again. Many new faces come abroad the board asking questions about the game, strats and stuffs. Many of 'em are capcom vs snk 2 player or just casual fighting game player. Does this mean the tides have change.... and Guilty Gear has takes its place as the next big thing...? I heard in the recent months that the Guilty Gear tournaments in the US alone outnumber any other fighting game....
So I started to play Guilty Gear XX again... I felt like I'm loosing my touch with Venom, despite he was my best character the last time I played ggxx. for once I'd a hard time executing 2369S. I guess I spent so much time with Soul Calibur 2, resulting me to lost some touch on the game. :(
I guess I've to start playing guilty gear xx more frequently again and download more match videos.... my skillz is getting rusty....
